All payments on the PRINPOLL platform are processed securely through Paystack. By using our payment services, you agree to Paystack's terms of service and privacy policy. PRINPOLL is not responsible for any issues related to payment processing conducted through third-party payment processors.
Event creators may set their own pricing for votes according to our platform guidelines. PRINPOLL charges service fees for the use of our platform, which will be clearly disclosed before any transaction. We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time with appropriate notice.
All votes cast are final and non-refundable unless required by law or determined appropriate by PRINPOLL at its sole discretion. For issues with specific events, please contact the event organizer or our support team.
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by PRINPOLL, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its contents.
By uploading content to our Platform, you grant PRINPOLL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content in connection with providing our services.
