Transaction Fees & Withdrawal Information

Payment Processing Fees

Our payment processor, Paystack, charges the following fees:

  • 1.95% on all vote payments
  • ₵8 flat fee for bank transfer withdrawals
  • ₵1 flat fee for mobile money withdrawals

Example Transaction

For a ₵2 vote with our Standard Plan (10% commission):

  • Vote amount: ₵2.00
  • Paystack fee (1.95%): ₵0.04
  • PRINPOLL commission (10%): ₵0.20
  • Net amount to event organizer: ₵1.76

Example Transaction

For a ₵2 vote with our Premium Plan (15% commission):

  • Vote amount: ₵2.00
  • Paystack fee (1.95%): ₵0.04
  • PRINPOLL commission (15%): ₵0.30
  • Net amount to event organizer: ₵1.66
