Creating an event on PRINPOLL is simple and takes just a few minutes:

1. Sign up or log in to your PRINPOLL account
2. Click on "Create Event" from your dashboard
3. Fill in your event details (name, description, dates, etc.)
4. Set up your categories and voting parameters
5. Configure payment settings (if applicable)
6. Preview and publish your event

Our intuitive interface guides you through each step, making it easy even for first-time users.

PRINPOLL's unique four-step approach gives you complete control over your event's lifecycle:

1. Open Stage: This is where you allow people to submit nominations through links. Your audience can suggest candidates for different categories.
2. Nomination Stage: After receiving nominations, you can review and publish the official nominees. During this stage, people can view all nominees but voting is not yet active.
3. E-Voting Stage: This is when official voting begins. Participants can cast their votes for their preferred nominees across all categories.
4. Closed Stage: Once the voting period ends, the event moves to the closed stage. Results are finalized and can be displayed according to your preferences.

You have full control to move your event between these stages at any time from your event dashboard.

You can add nominees in two ways:

• Manual Addition: Add nominees directly through your event dashboard by entering their details and uploading their photos.
• Open Nominations: Enable the "Open" stage where participants can submit nominations through a link. You can then review and approve these nominations before publishing.

Both methods allow you to organize nominees into different categories for easy voting.

Voting is simple:

1. Click the voting link shared by the event organizer
2. Browse through the categories and nominees
3. Select your preferred nominee(s)
4. If it's a paid vote, complete the payment process
5. Receive confirmation of your vote

Depending on the event settings, you may be able to vote multiple times or in multiple categories.

PRINPOLL integrates with Paystack for secure payment processing. Here‘s how it works:

• Event creators can set a price per vote
• Voters pay securely through various payment methods supported by Paystack
• Funds are collected and held in the event creator's account
• PRINPOLL automatically deducts its commission (10-15%)
• Event creators can withdraw their earnings through their dashboard
